When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Pro, and Agency). By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. Key payment terms:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your Service

5. User Content & Acceptable Use

You retain all rights to the content you upload, create, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Upload or publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Site On Seen and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

Images provided through the Service's AI and gallery features are licensed for use on your Landingsite.ai website. You may not extract these images for use outside of the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, authentication providers, scheduling tools, and chatbots). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

8. Domain Names & DNS

Domain names purchased through Landingsite.ai are registered in your name. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Domain transfers may be subject to ICANN regulations. You are responsible for configuring DNS settings correctly. We are not responsible for downtime caused by misconfigured DNS records.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site On Seen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
